Our Delivery
We will endeavour to ship your order as safely and quickly as we can anywhere in New Zealand. Delivery time will depend on availability and size/weight of item. We aim to dispatch all online orders as soon as payment has been received. In some cases, product may be sent to you direct from our suppliers.
Our couriers are not able to deliver to a Post Office Box, Private Bag or any address which we deem to be suspicious. Please supply us with a physical address and contact phone number for courier delivery.
If you have any special delivery instructions, please detail in the notes section of your order with your specific requirements. Any additional requirements may incur additional charges. Please note, delivery does not include installation of your products.
Delivery of Major Kitchen Appliances is to your driveway, NOT into your home and we do NOT install the appliance.
Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
Tracking your order
When we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipping reference number and an estimate of the number of days in which your order will arrive.
Free in-store pick-up
When buying online, you also have the option to pick up your order from our Cromwell store free of delivery charges. Simply select the Pick Up In-Store option.

Free Delivery Terms and Conditions
From time to time, free delivery may be offered on specific products. Free delivery is only valid to retail customers purchasing through garyanderson.co.nz and excludes Commercial, Wholesale or International customers. To qualify for free delivery your delivery address needs to be within New Zealand, goods ordered must be available in-stock, payment must be received, and valid delivery details must be provided.
